The flower digi is a very old one from Birdie Brown - I'm not sure if it is available any more. I've printed the digi onto patterned papers and layered the flower. The numbers were created in publisher with a faux stitching effect to match the flower and printed onto the same patterned paper. For the background, I used a butterfly embossing folder that came free with a magazine.
