Today I'm sharing my last Christmas card of 2015 - in all I made about 55 cards for various people and I'm now ready to tidy away the Christmas stash for another year!
I've used a favourite Christmas digi which was a freebie from The Alley Way Stamps - these trees are fabulous to colour and fussy cut. I've coloured the images with pro markers and mounted them on a die-cut fancy square. The swirly patterned paper came with Making Cards Magazine some years ago. I've also added some die-cut stars and a heart. the font for those who need to know such important stuff is Copperplate Gothic. I'm entering this card into the challenges at: Creative Card Crew - anything goes Passion For Pro-Markers - mega Christmas Challenge Crafty Gals Corner - anything goes Mod Squad Challenge Blog - use at least 1 die cut Crafting From The Heart - anything goes Thanks as always for visiting Sharon x
Today's card is very pink and sparkly! It's for a friend who is about to turn 40 and I've gone for a very girly look with glittery patterned paper and pink gems.
Hello folks... Another fortnight has passed which means it's time for the last challenge of 2015 at:
As usual the challenge is 'Anything Goes' which makes it so much easier to join in!
This week we are being sponsored byBugaboo who are providing a marvellous digi prize for our lucky winner.
Foe my design team card I have used this gorgeous Christmas shoe digi by Bugaboo:
I've created an easel card using black card to co-ordinate with these awesome shoes. To add some Christmas sparkle, Ive used foiled backing paper, some gems on the holly and a touch of glossy accents on the holly berries.

Oh my - where has the last week gone? It's not that I haven't made any cards - I have! It's just finding the time between work and Christmas shopping and meals with friends - oh and it feels like it's dark 24/7. There's about an hour a day when the light is right for photos!
Enough of my griping - here's today's card. A one layer card inspired by the 'What's in my stocking?' challenge at Less is More. The image is from Pink Petticoat. It's coloured with pro markers. I've added a touch of white glitter and some red gems as berries. That's about it really - it took all of 10 minutes and that includes recovering the green pro marker from under the couch when the cat knocked my crafting table!! Thanks for looking folks Sharon x
The making of Christmas cards is nearing the end in the Glittertastic house... just as well as the cat is starting to sparkle in the light with the amount of glitter in his fur. He does like to 'help'. Today's card has been made using a lovely wreath digi from Pink Petticoat. I've always loved the style of the images from this company - modern and contemporary yet very easy to colour.
This one is for my friend's Nanna. I've used some of my favourite linen textured card for the base. The image has been coloured using pro markers and I've decoupaged the ribbon. I've also added a blue gem on the ribbon and some peel-off glittery dots amongst the holly. I'm entering this into the challenges at: Less Is More- green and blue Addicted to CAS - joy Allsorts Challenge Blog - clean and simple Thanks for lookin' Sharon x
Good Morning Everyone! Welcome to another 'Anything Goes' challenge over at Simply Papercraft and this week we are being sponsored by Stitchy Bear Stamps
I've used an image kindly provided by Stitchy Bear for my design team card...
I've printed the pre-coloured image onto pearlescent vellum, added a circular die-cut dull silver frame and mounted this using foam pads onto a mottled pink background, also matted onto dull silver cards. Finally I've added 3 pale pink gems. The greeting is in Monotype Corsiva font.
