Birthday Cocktails

Today's card was a request from a friend to make a birthday card with girls drinking cocktails. I knew the perfect stamp for this one...


 The stamp is of course a much loved Uptown Girls image from Stampin' Bella - my go to image for girly birthdays. I've coloured the image with pro-markers and paper-pieced the dresses using pretty pink and green papers from Craft Sensations Pink Highlights pad (from the Range).

 I've cut five fancy stars to make the border on the image and added a greeting using The Urban Way font.

 I'm entering this card into the challenges at:

    Hi Sharon, what a fun card! Just the type of card my daughter would be happy to give a friend. Love the images and the colouring you've done. The paper piecing really makes those dresses "pop".
