Today's card is for a very special Lady's birthday - Nanna!
I've used a lovely cerise pink floral decoupage from my stash and matched this with some extremely bright and very old pink polka dot paper - over the years I seem to have collected a lot of polka dot papers!! The greeting was done in Word and I've matted the paper and image onto silvery mirri paper. Finally I couldn't resist adding some bling! A simple but effective lay-out.

Krafty Bear
I'm trying to use up my 'really old' stash and today's card is therefore made from free images and papers that came with Making Cards Magazine some years ago!
I've matted the image and papers on red card, and added some fancy die cut corners, a kraft die cut button and some polka dot ribbon. The greeting has been done in Follow You Into The World font.
What a cutie!

Polka Dot Bunny
Needing a quick Easter card to go with an Easter Egg I have to deliver, I came across some polka dot card bases in my stash (Dovecraft - I vaguely remember buying them in Sainsbury's of all places!).
I found a seriously cute digi of a kawaii style bunny by an artist called Titareco on Deviant Art. I've printed it a couple of times to create a decoupage effect and then mounted the image on black paper. The greeting was done in Zipty Do font.
Finally, I've added a pink pearl for his nose.

Suzy Bee's Bloomin' Challenge #123 - use a pearl

I chose the line 'pink' 'clean and simple' and 'pearls'. Pink is probably my fave colour to use on cards - it comes in so many shades. I also love the look of clean and simple cards - I struggle with flowery fancy styles. Finally, in my opinion, a card isn't finished unless there's some sort of flat-backed pearl or gem somewhere - it's my favourite embellishment.
Thanks for popping in - enjoy your Easter weekend!

Easter Chick
As usual the challenge is 'Anything Goes' which makes it so much easier to join in! This week the challenge is being sponsored by Di's Digis.
I've coloured the image using pro-markers and used co-ordinating patterned papers from Papermania's Easter pack. The sentiment was printed on the computer and I've added a butterfly (Anita's) embellishment with some paper flowers. The ribbon behind the image came from a posh box of chocs!

Penguin Anniversary
Good to get back into the craft room today after a lovely break in Mexico followed by a frenzied week of decorating! I needed to catch up with some orders so started with this...
I used a very cute penguin digi from Blackberry Jelly and a die-cut circle and hearts for the background. Ever so simple but works well.
