New Baby Boy

Today's card is for a work colleague - a New Baby Boy card.

The gorgeous image is from Hobby Horse. I've used some patterned papers from my stash and some lace which echoes the frill around the pram - I dyed it with tea to get the right colour!

I've also used a number of punched hearts and a sentiment created in Microsoft Publisher.

I've entered this card into the 'anything goes' challenges at:

Golden Stockings

Another Christmas card today - this time an easel card.

I've used a much loved digi - a Christmas Stocking trio from Pink Petticoat...

And an angled view to capture the shine!

I've coloured the image using pro-markers and gold gel pens, the patterned foiled paper is from Aldi or Lidl and I've added red gems for the holly berries.

I'm entering this into the challenges at:

Crafting By Designs - get ready for Christmas
Christmas Card Challenges #46 - anything goes
Crafty Hazelnut's Christmas Challenge - use a sentiment Winner!
Crafting From The Heart #133 - anything goes

Thanks for popping in!

Trick or Treat !

Hello My Lovelies!

It's Friday !!! The end of my first full week back at work after a lovely long break in the Caribbean and I'm back in my craft room.

There's a new challenge over at Simply Papercraft today...

As usual the challenge is 'Anything Goes' which makes it so much easier to join in. Today' challenge is being sponsored by the wonderful Robyn's Fetish

who have supplied a cute halloween digi to play with. I've used this mummy boy image to make a card for my friend's son...

I've fussy cut the mummy image and mounted him on foam pads. I've kept the background simple with a 'full moon' orange circle and some tiny bat stickers and a gravestone sticker I have had for years! The greeting was done using Microsoft Publisher.

I've entered this card into the challenges at:
