Butterfly Thanks

I've been stocking up with 'thank you' cards for my box of cards for all occasions - you can never have too many! This one was very quick to make and I'm on making more in different colour schemes:

I made the circle background in Microsoft Publisher and coloured different sections with different shades of pink. The butterfly was die cut in vellum using a die that came free with a magazine and the greeting was made on the computer. I've added some flat back pearls to make the butterfly's body and some fine white glitter to the wings which was difficult to capture in the photo.

I'm entering this card into the challenges at:

The Paper Players - CAS girly thanks
Fan-tastic Tuesday - anything goes with no patterned paper
Through The Craftroom Door - anything goes

Thanks for visiting

  1. Such a pretty card, Sharon! I'm a bit behind the times, don't do anything on my printer, but I'm impressed with what you printed onto your great textured cardstock. A gorgeous CAS creation. Thanks for sharing it with us at The Paper Players!
