Peter Rabbit
To cheer myself up before the dreaded return to work tomorrow I have been playing with some of my new Christmas 'toys'. My wonderful brother and sister-in-law bought me some Spectrum Noir Blendable Pencils ( the Floral, Marine and Nature sets) which I used to add some intense colour to an insipid picture of Peter Rabbit I found on Pinterest - perfect for a little boy who is about to celebrate his very first birthday.
They are gorgeous to use and really easy to blend and the colour is so vivid. The result looks lovely on the linen textured card I used for the base card. I've kept things very simple with the image as the star, just adding a thin blue ribbon, a circular number tag and a pro-marker coloured punched heart.
I've entered this card into the challenges at:
The Paper Players - all about numbers
That Craft Place - anything goes
Glitter n Sparkle #169 - anything goes - TOP 3 !
Scrapper's Delights - anything goes
Wide World Open DT Challenge - anything goes
Thanks for visiting
